c. The main raw material of Sumitomo series SC1000 Track Roller is 40Mn2, which is better than material 50Mn.
d. The main process of the roller body is casting or forging, fine machining and heat-treated. After quenching and tempering, the hardness of the wheel surface is required to be as high as HRC 52-58 to enhance the wear resistance and toughness of the roller body surface.
