Begin from "Material"
Everything starts with raw materials; quality begins here. Choosing suitable raw materials is the primary step to ensure crawler crane parts quality, thus achieving higher cost-effectiveness.
To achieve this goal, our steel primarily comes from large domestic factories such as Baowu Group and HBIS. For certain special materials, we import from Europe. All steel materials come with quality inspection reports, and upon arrival at our warehouse, quality inspectors randomly sample and inspect 10-20% of the material.
Furthermore, not all crawler crane track parts use the same materials. We select appropriate materials based on specific requirements. Such as, for Kobelco 7065 crawler crane track roller, 40Mn2 round steel is most suitable. Opting for a higher-cost material like 42CrMn would significantly increase production costs and lower cost-effectiveness. On the other hand, using lower-quality materials like 50Mn square steel could lead to roller fracture.
The Key is "production standards"
We maintain a comprehensive production standard system that ensures seamless coordination and adjustment across all production stages and standards. This commitment guarantees crawler crane undercarriage parts quality, enhances production efficiency, and ultimately boosts the competitiveness of our products."
For example, casting standard of IHI CCH500-2 Crawler Crane Track Shoe:
•All casting should be Austenitized at 900°C for one Hr per every inch of casting thickness.
•Then Quenched on water and Tempered for sufficient amount of temperature and time.
•All heat treatment should be carried out after castings reach temperature lower than 200°C. The general hardness after QT to be 280-320 BHN.
•All test specimen to be placed in HT furnace with each relevant batch of casting.

Past "Quality Standards"
Our rigorous product quality inspection system comprises four essential components: in-process inspection during production, semi-finished product inspection, incoming inspection, and pre-shipment inspection.
During in-process inspection, random samples are tested for chemical composition and mechanical performance to promptly identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
Semi-finished product inspection includes non-destructive testing and cutting tests. Incoming material inspection involves scrutinizing 20% of each batch for surface hardness, appearance, and dimensions.
Final inspection before shipment covers hardness, appearance, and dimensions for 10% of the products.
These meticulous inspections uphold our commitment to delivering products with a 99.999% qualification rate to our customers."
