If the crawler is too loose, the track pad is easy to make guide wheel and lower roller disengaged, and the track shoe loses the correct alignment, causing the running track crawler to fluctuate, flap and impact, causing the abnormal wear of the upper roller and idler wheel. The adjustment of the crawler track tensioning is to adjust the standard clearance of each model by filling the nozzle with butter or releasing butter from the injector. When the track is stretched to the need to dismantle a set of track sections, drive tooth surface and pin sleeve of the meshing surface will also be abnormal wear, at this time should be in the meshing condition before the deterioration of the appropriate treatment, such as the sale and sale of the cover, replace the excessive wear of the pin and pin sets, the replacement of track assembly and so on.
