1. Based on our many years of experience, the cause of abnormal noise may be on the balancing valve. Due to the long-term use of the equipment, and the staff does not maintain regularly or Extended maintenance, the damping part has a little oil, which makes the damping increase, affecting the opening time of the balancing valve, causing the balancing valve to open and the lifting brake to open inconsistently lead to the abnormal sound of the teeth.

2. The chassis factory recommends that you remove the balancing valve for cleaning, assembly, adjustment, etc., and then the fault phenomenon can be eliminated. In order to prevent similar accidents from happening again, it is necessary to do a good job of maintenance work and solve this problem from the root cause.

3.The lifting force of the crane may be due to the excessive discharge of the hydraulic motor, resulting in a significant decrease in volumetric efficiency, resulting in a lifting failure; or the control component overflow valve draining, resulting in system pressure failure, eventually leading to lifting Powerless. We can remove the motor drain port and operate the lifting mechanism to observe whether it is normal; remove the lifting and overflow valve of the upper and lower valve group and check that the internal parts are damaged, resulting in the system pressure not going up, we only need replace the parts and adjust the pressure to the design value to return to normal.
