Kobelco CK1100G crawler crane, as a 110ton machine model, its undercarriage parts include track shoe, track roller, top roller, sprocket and idler.
Customer required one set of undercarriage parts for Kobelco CK1100G crawler crane. After about 25 days production, all the products have been finished and shipped to customer.
Track shoe, rollers, sprocket and idler are packed by pallet. Pin, bolt and nut are packed in plywood case. Some of the photos are as follows:
Function description of each parts:
* Track shoe
Track shoe is one of the chasis accessories of the crawler crane. It is linked by pin, bolt and nut. After linked, it will become track shoe assembly. The function of track shoe assembly is to increase the contact area between machine and ground, hold the whole machine and drive the machine forward.
* Track roller
Track roller includes track roller body, shaft, bushing and caps. Track roller body is supported on the shaft through bushing. On both sides of roller body, there are caps. Inside of the roller body, there is lubricating oil which is sealed by floating oil seal.
* Top roller
Top roller, some is smaller than track roller and some is the same as track roller. It is attached to the track frame and support the track shoe.
* Sprocket
Sprocket is also called drive tumbler, it is usually located on the rear of crawler crane travel device. The power of crawler crane engine is transmitted to the track through the hydraulic travel motor and sprocket. In order to ensure the transmission stable, the sprocket and the track shoe must be searched accurately.
* Idler
Idler is also called tenshioning wheel, the idler assy is used to guide the crawler move correctly and prevent deviation. It also act as track roller, which can increase the land area of the track shoe assy to the ground and reduce the ground pressure ratio.
