How to Prevent Solid Impurities from Invading the Hydraulic System
Clean hydraulic fluid is the service life of the hydraulic system. There are many precision components in the hydraulic system. If solid impurities invade, precision components can pull, get stuck, and block the oil passages, thereby endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic system. It can prevent solid impurities from entering the system in the following ways:
1. Refuel
Hydraulic oil must be filtered and filled, and the oiling tool should be cleaned reliably. In order to increase the speed of the fuel, the filter at the inlet of the tank should not be removed. Refill personnel should use clean gloves and work clothes to prevent solids and fiber impurities from falling into the oil.
2. Maintenance time
Remove fuel caps, filter covers, inspection openings, hydraulic hoses, and other components to prevent dust from developing when the system's oil gallery is exposed. The dismantling section should be thoroughly cleaned before opening. If you remove the hydraulic tank of the fuel tank cap, remove the lid around the lid, loosen the lid, remove the residual impurities from the joint area (do not flush so as to prevent water from seeping into the tank), after cleaning, make sure to open the lid.
3. Clean the hydraulic system
The same kind of oil must be used together with hydraulic oil. The oil temperature is between 45 ~ 80 °C, and as much traffic as possible removes impurities from the system. The hydraulic system was repeatedly washed three times. After each cleaning, the oil should be discharged from the system when it is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter and replace the new oil.
