Maintenance Points For Track Roller
The track rollers are used to support the weight of the crane body and roll on the track shoes so that the machine walks along the track shoes. It is also used to secure running shoes so that it does not slide in a lateral direction, and when turning, it forces the track to slide on the floor. Under certain special loading conditions or arm conditions, only some of the track rollers apply pressure, so the track roller arrangement is sparsely centered and both ends are dense. 1. Maintaining good lubrication. As the track roller supports the crawler crane's overall weight and lifting load, it must maintain a good lubrication condition. If oil leaks, it should be disassembled in time, replace the oil seal, and change the oil at the same time.
2. When the track roller wears to the limit size, it should be welded, repaired or replaced in time.
