Track Roller for Crawler Crane
The track roller is one of the crawler crane undercarriage components. Its main function is to support the weight of the crawler crane. The weight of the entire crawler crane is transmitted to the ground through the track shoe so that the track crawler can move along the bottom roller.
The roller is composed of wheel body, roller axle, bushing, sealing ring, cover and other related components. The main production process is forging, machining, and then heat treatment, after the surface of the wheel is quenched to increase the wear resistance of the wheel surface.
