Crawler Crane Track Deviation Cause Analysis
Track deviation is common trouble of crawler crane. When it happened, users can do simple analysis as following.
The driving system of crawler crane consists of mechanical parts (including sprocket, idler, top roller, track roller and track shoe) and hydraulic drive part.
Mechanical part mainly check two aspects, one is whether the two tracks are parallel; Second is whether the center line of sprocket, idler , top roller and track roller is coincidence. Either aspect has a problem, it will cause track deviation. If the mechanical part of the crane is tested properly, the user should make key maintenance for the hydraulic drive part.
