Advantages
Forged from Premium Alloy Steel – The LR1600 series of track pads is made using premium grade alloy steels such as 28CrMnMoNi, which are designed in order to withstand heavy loads and tough field conditions without premature fatigue.
Heat Treated for High Performance – Through quenching, tempering, and surface hardening processes, the pads acquire a hard and wear-resistant outer layer with a tough and impact-resistant inner layer, thus reducing wear as well as preventing breakage.
Available in Different Widths – There are two varieties of pads available, with widths of 1500 mm and 2000 mm, respectively, to cater to different ground pressure needs.
Factory
Lead times are very important when talking about large crawler crane undercarriage parts. This is why VM® has already made investments into fully developed casting lines and keeps big stocks of raw materials for quick manufacturing processes. With this latest shipment, the entire order was made at the factory in our usual 7 to 14-day delivery period.
