Hardness: Through whole quenching and tempering, and surface hardening,the hardness of our BM650 idler can be up to HR40-50. And for some key or important place, we will harden their hardness again. So this idler have longer service than others.
Warranty: 2500 working hours, and under the normal maintenience, it will service longer time on crawler crane.

Daily maintenance of BM650 idler
a. Keep track shoes properly tensioned. If it is too tight, under the force of the tensioning spring, it will lead to accelerated wear of BM650 idler shaft, bushing, track shoes and pins, leading to elongation of track shoes pitch.
b. Keep the guide wheel alignment, if not, will leads to abnormal wear of other KBM650 undercarriage parts.
