3. Working principle of Kobelco BM700 idler assy
The Kobelco BM700 idler is installed in the front of BM700 machine, it includes idler body and spring.
When Kobelco BM700 machine working and going forward, the roller is at the front, and the spring also absorbs the impact of the front pit, reducing wear and avoiding abnormal wear on the BM700 track pad.
4. The reason which could cause Kobelco BM700 idler break down.
In daily using, the main reason is its shaft insufficient lubrication. The Kobelco BM700 idler bushings are not coaxial. The Kobelco BM700 machine walking and appear to vibration and shock, if the bushings are not coaxial, it is too small or no gap between the idler shaft and bushings, leads to the lubricating film thickness is not enough or even no lubricating film.
