Kobelco 7250 Front Idler
1. Introduction
The KOBELCO 7250 idlers are used for 250 ton crawler crane. It can be supplied alone or fully assembled with brackets, adjuster and tension device.
Front idler is mainly composed of wheel axle, guide wheel boards, guide wheel body and some standard parts (like: iron sets, cylindrical pin, bimetal bushings, bolts, springs, gasket, oil seal, float oil ring, O ring, etc).
Main function is lead the crawler belt roll correctly, at the same time using the tensioning device making idler to adjust the crawler tensioning degree. So the idler is not only the guide wheel, also is the tension wheel.
2. Details
1) Usually we use our own brand “VM”, If you need, the customized logo also available on the KOBELCO 7250 idler.
2) Technology: Casting, and whole quenching and tempering, then surface hardening. That can help to prolong the service life.
3) Hardness: HR40-50
4) Warranty: under the normal operating environment, our Kobelco 7250 idler can use up to 2500 working hours and it would be more long time, if you maintenance it scheduled.
