Technology: Casting, and we through entire quenching and tempering, then the integral key surface quenching. Make sure that our parts meet up to the standard hardness requirement.
Warranty: Under normal operation, the Manitowoc 12000 sprocket can up to 2500-2800 working hours.
Daily maintenance point:
When Manitowoc 12000 sprocket / tumbler / driving tumbler / driving wheel worn out to extreme, in general, we suggest that to repair by welded firstly, and then if it wear heavy, please replace new sprocket. So in daily, below maintenance tips for your reference:
a. Keep the Manitowoc 120000 track shoe assy proper tension. If excessive tension, which will leads to track shoe pitch turn to stretch, then the mating surface of sprocket will abnormally wear.
b. Keep the bolt & nut of Manitowoc 12000 sprocket and propel reducer tighten. If it's loosen, the mating surface between sprocket and track shoe will abnormally wear, shorten the life of sprocket and its bolt & nuts.
