1. Details
The HITACHI CX900HD top rollers are used for 90ton crawler crane.
1) Usually we use our own brand “VM”, if need, the customized logo also available on the HITACHI CX900HD top roller.
2) Technology: Forging, and whole quenching and tempering, then surface hardening. That can help to prolong the service life.
3) Material: 40Cr, 42CrMo
The top roller wheel body with the box-type structure of resin sand technology, and excellent quality wheel body with reasonable mechanical structure performance. The roller body is treated with quenching technology and has good impact resistance. The surface hardness reaches HRC48-54 and the hardness under 6mm is no less than HRC46. Under harsh conditions also with prefect wear resistance.
2. Package and Delivery
We usually packed Hitachi CX900HD top roller together with CX900HD track roller. The pallet must reach to export standard. So, we can guarantee the surface of parts is prefect when arrive to your side.
