After the forging, the roller body will be rough maching and overall hardening and tempering.
We will tested the hardness after hardening and tepering, qualified products are processed again after the second time and surface quenching. During this process, we will make series inpections.
Then the qualited products will be finished maching, cleaning, painting and final random testing.
