Usage tips: the way to replace DH500 top roller
a. Please take the Nippon Sharyo DH500 track plate off from the machine, and then pick off bolt&nut, which use to fixed DH500 top roller with crawler frame.
b. Prior to replace a new roller, firstly check weather it spill oil or not. If it accur the pill oil, please take another roller to replace, and then check the spill oiled roller.

3. Some confusion that may happen during using
a. DH500 top roller wear. The reason for this is that the material steel fails or the hardness of the heat treatment is low, and the wear resistance is insufficient.
b. Oil spill. The Nippon Sharyo DH500 upper roller shaft rotates through the bush, and the roller body needs to be lubricated with oil. If the sealing ring is not good, it is easy to leak oil.
