The material of KH500-2 lower roller generally is 50Mn and 40 Mn2, the main process is forging, machining, and then heat treatment, the wheel surface after quenching hardness to achieve HR8-55, in order to increase abrasion resistance on the surface of the bottom wheel, the machining accuracy requirement for the supporting wheel shaft is higher, and the material for the shaft most is 50Mn or 40Mn2. It should be treated with quenching. The surface hardness reaches HR8-53, and the depth of 5mm is not lower than HR6.
