Kobelco Crawler Crane BM900 Lower Roller(Bottom Roller/Track Roller)is used to support the weight of the crane body and roll on the track shoes so that the machine travels along the tracks shoes. BM900 lower roller is also used to hold track shoes so that it does not slip along the transverse direction and forces the track to slip on the floor when turning.

3. Daily maintenance of Kobelco BM900 lower roller

a.Maintain a good lubrication state. As Kobelco BM900 track roller support the whole weight of the crawler crane as well as lifting load, it must maintain a good lubrication condition. If oil spill, should dismantle promptly, replace the oil seal, in the meantime, replace the oil.
b.When Kobelco BM900 track roller wear to the limit size, should be promptly welding, repair, or replace the new track rollers.
