1.Product Information:
The material of Kobelco crawler crane lower roller is 40Mn2, 42CrMo, the main process is forging ,machining, heat-treated. After quenching of wheel surface ,The hardness require up to HRC 52-58 to strengthen the wear resistance of wheel surface.
The shaft for Kobelco crawler crane lower roller has high accuracy, the material of shaft is 50Mn or 40Mn2. Then the the shaft also need quenching.
2.Packages & and Trade
1. Packaging: Plywood Pallets or iron pallets, if you have any request for package, just let us know before ship.
2. As usual, 18-22pcs track rollers are packaged on one pallet.
3. the lower roller for Kobelco crawler crane will be sent to Port in 5-25 days.
4. FOB, CFR, CIF and other terms can be accepted
3.Undercarriage Parts Include: Track Shoe, Bottom Roller, Top Roller, Idler,
Sprocket, Slewing Ring, Drive Chain, etc.
