The Link-Belt LS218HII lower rollers are Heat treated, and mounted on two bronze bushings with floating seals for lifetime lubrication.
Quality:
Roller Body: Material is 40Mn2
Bushing: 100% fine cooper Bushing, instead of duplex metal(lron and Cooper). The thickness of bushing is 8mm.
Pin: The material is 42Cr.
Floating seals: the size of Floating seals must 100% match the roller.If not, the oil will spilling.
The most important process is Hardening and Tempering, if the rollers are not under Hardening and tempering, the Mechanical Properties, Yield Strength and Tensile Strength will not be good, the roller will be slip easily.

T/T, Western Union and L/C at sight can be accept, as usual, if the crawler crane track shoe in stock, that will be shipped to you in 5 days after receive your P.O., If not, the LS218HII track rollers will be shipped to you within 15 days.
