Material:
a. Roller Body: Our material of Kobelco P&H315 lower roller is 40Mn2 round steel, which is hard-wearing. Compared with 50Mn square steel on market, our Kobelco P&H315s have a longer service life.
b. Bushing: 100% fine copper bushing, instead of duplex metal.
c. Pin: The material is 40Cr.
d. Floating seals: 100% accurate size ensure it doesn't leak.
Technology: Forging.
Warranty: 2500 working hours
2. Production process
The most important process is Hardening and Tempering. If Kobelco P&H315 lower roller is not under hardening and tempering, the Mechanical Properties, Yield Strength, and Tensile Strength will not be good, the roller will slip easily. The other factory sometimes does not temper, just quenching. So we have a more stringent process to ensure the quality.
