The SCX550E lower rollers produced by our factory have the advantages of wear resistance, pressure resistance, and the track rollers are not easily deformed.
Track roller body material is generally 40Mn2, 42CrMo and other materials, the main process of forging, machining, and then heat treatment, the hardness of the surface after quenching the wheel to reach HRC45 or so, in order to increase the wear resistance of the wheel surface. The requirements for the machining accuracy of the lower roller axles are relatively high. Generally, CNC machine tools are required for machining to meet the requirements.
