Sumitomo SC500-2 Track roller being one of undercarriage parts. Main material for roller body is 40Mn2. The prime process is casting or forging , machining operation and then heat treatment. After quenching, The surface hardness should be HRC52-58 to increase the wear resistance of roller surface . The machining precision of shaft is high , it need machining by CNC machine to satisfy requirements.
