The material of Kobelco CKE1200 track roller is 40Mn2 and so on material, the main process is forging, machining, and then heat treatment, the wheel surface after quenching hardness to achieve HR8-55, in order to increase abrasion resistance on the surface of the CKE1200 track roller body, the machining accuracy requirement for the supporting wheel shaft is higher, and the material for the shaft most is 40Cr. It will be treated with quenching. The surface hardness reaches HR8-53, and the depth of 5mm is not lower than HR6.
