And in order to make the product dimensions more accurate, we use high-cost aluminum molds for casting.The track shoes after demoulding need to be cleaned of sand, riser milling and other rough machinin. The rough-machined crawler crane track shoes need to be overall quenched and tempered, including quenching and tempering. After the overall quenching and tempering, the frequently worn surface of the American 11320 track shoe needs to be heat treated again, that is, surface heat treatment, in order to improve the surface hardness of the track shoe. Finally, after finishing and painting, the track shoe production process is completed.
