During normal working, the pin rolls slowly in the pin hole. However, when appear the wear, the pin hole will extend continuely and quickly , the pin will be thinner and thinner. If happen this condition, you should stop working and to check it. Such as whether have high speed turning and fierce start, these will create LR1550 track shoe to bend down under the heavy pressure in both side, pin bending deformation.

And note that the increase of pinhole leads to the extension of pitch, causing liebherr LR1550 caterpillar shoe and sprocket to bite each other, the caterpillar shoe wear. Its wear and tear is mainly due to its deviation and severe deformation
