20 pieces of LS118 Crawler pad will be packed in one pallet, and one set of LS118 track pin will be packed in one plywood case.
3. Merit for LS118 track plate
1) All casting must be Austenitized at 900 degree centigrade for one hour casting thickness per square inch.
2) Then extinguish with water and warmth at a sufficient temperature and hours.
3) All heat therapy must be implemented after castings get to temperature below 200degree centigrade. The hardness after quenching and tempering to be 230-320 BHN.
