In the operation of Kobelco CK1000 crawler crane of Shenkang, there is serious gnawing between crawler wedge and crawler roll, top roll, sprocket, and idler.
The reason is below:
a. There are problems in the gap matching between the inner rim of Kobelco CK1000 sprocket, top roller and track roller, and the side wedge of track shoe. When the crawler crane is running, the guiding function is not smooth.
b. There is a problem in matching the inclination angle of Kobelco CK1000 track wedges with sprockets, idlers, and inside of track roller rim. During the operation of the crawler crane, mutual interference occurs when meshing.
