Kobelco CKE900 Upper Roller

Kobelco CKE900 Top roller(also called carrier roller, upper roller) is assembled on the crawler frame and hold up the track shoes. It is used to hold up the track shoes assy, make the crawler shoes has a certain tension and keep the track shoes assy straight. If top roller is broken down, the crawler crane can’t keep straight to walk, which will effect the work efficiency.

Kobelco CKE900 Upper Roller

The surface hardness reaches HRC48-54 and the hardness under 6mm is no less than HRC46. Under harsh conditions also with prefect wear resistance.
