4. The wear reason of Kobelco P&H330 track pad
When working normally, the pin rolls slowly in the pin hole, both wear even, the pin hole enlarges gradually, the pin becomes thinner gradually. If improper operation, such as high speed turning and fierce start, will create Kobelco P&H330 track shoe to bend down under the heavy pressure in both side, pin bending deformation.
The increase of the pin hole causes the extension of the pitch, cause track shoe and sprocket gnawing at each other, the track shoe is worn.
The wear of track shoe is mainly caused by the it’s deviation and serious deformation, and the axial wobble of the track roller and idler. The common discarded track shoes are badly worn or worn in the meshing parts with sprocket.
