Top Roller for Hitachi PD100
1. Details
HITACHI PD100 crane has 2 pieces top roller on each side. It helps to support track shoes walk through right direction. We produce the upper roller with different material which from 50Mn to 42CrMo.
The PD100 top rollers are heat-treated, hardening and tempering. After quenching of wheel surface, the hardness will be improved much to strengthen the wear resistance of wheel surface.
2. Package and Delivery
We can pack the PD100 upper roller into export standard pallet. And most other customer bought track shoe, bottom roller together with the PD100 top roller.
The undercarriage parts usually shipped out by sea from Qingdao port which is the nearest seaport from our warehouse--only need 2 driving hours. The professional forwarder can help us choose the best shipping line.
