This shipment of 56-ton crawler crane undercarriage parts includes key components such as bottom rollers, sprockets, supporting rollers, track shoes, chains, and tensioners. These components will be used in cranes from internationally renowned brands such as Hitachi, Kobelco, Manitowoc, and

XCMG.

Delivery Details

Turkey:
The shipment to Turkey consists of bottom rollers and chains for the Hitachi KH150-3. These components will be used locally to enhance the crane's performance on mining and infrastructure construction sites. The bottom rollers provide stable weight support for the equipment's travel, while the chains ensure stable power transmission, ensuring efficient operation in complex operating conditions.

Malaysia:
The shipment to Malaysia included sprockets and supporting rollers for the Kobelco CKE700 crane. Cranes in tropical rainforests and coastal areas face complex environments such as humidity and mud. The sprockets and supporting rollers of the Kobelco CKE700 crane play a vital role in ensuring precise guidance and efficient drive of the crawler system, enabling the crane to successfully complete heavy excavation operations in these harsh conditions.

Netherlands:
The shipment to the Netherlands included crawler shoes, bottom rollers, and top rollers for a Manitowoc 11000-1 crane. Europe's heavy-duty market places extremely high demands on crane stability and reliability. These undercarriage components will provide the core support for the 100-ton crane, ensuring stable operation in Europe's complex operating environments and meeting the demands of heavy-load lifting.

UAE:
The shipment to the United Arab Emirates included crawler shoes, tensioners, and bottom rollers for the XCMG QUY50 crane. The high temperatures and soft ground conditions of the Middle Eastern deserts place extreme demands on crane performance. The XCMG QUY50's undercarriage components are specially designed and manufactured to withstand harsh conditions like high temperatures and soft surfaces, ensuring reliable operation in extreme environments.

Strict Shipping Inspection

To ensure compatibility and reliability of components, our company adheres to the rigorous "one machine, one inspection" standard during the stocking process.

Quality Control
From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, each component undergoes three stages of testing: hardness testing, dimensional tolerance measurement, and load simulation testing. These tests ensure the components are free of cracks and deformation, ensuring smooth transmission. The chain pitch tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm, and the drive wheel tooth profile accuracy meets international ISO standards, providing a solid guarantee of component quality.

Professional Packaging
Taking into account the complexities of long-distance ocean shipping, professional packaging is employed. The wooden packaging boxes are lined with custom shock-absorbing foam to effectively reduce the impact of vibrations during transportation on the components. The track shoes are stacked in layers and welded with anti-slip strips to prevent displacement during transportation. The bottom rollers and drive wheels are secured with steel belts to ensure stable positioning. The outside of the packaging box is also marked with signs such as "fragile" to further reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
