How to maintain the undercarriage during use of crawler crane?

1. Check the lower deflection of the upper crawler track: first clean the crawler track, place a wooden wedge above and behind the driven wheel, and then start the walking crawler track to squeeze the wooden wedge, so that the lower end of the crawler track that is grounded is tightened, and the upper loose part is For lower deflection, use a ruler to measure the lower deflection. Normal deflection is generally 8 to 15 mm.
2. Always check the lubrication condition of undercarriage parts: lubricate periodically, add or replace lubricant on time. The main areas of concern are: the lubrication of track pad connecting pins, track top rollers, track bottom rollers and other movable parts.
3. Regularly check and adjust the track tension: Use a high-pressure oil gun to inject calcium-based grease from the oil injection nozzle into the oil cylinder, push the piston, and then push the driven wheel to move through the tensioning beam to achieve track tension. When it needs to be loosened, slowly rotate the oil filling valve counterclockwise to loosen it, and the grease will be discharged from the oil drain port.
Note: If the sag of the crawler tracks on the left and right sides is different, the crawler tracks will deviate when walking.
