Material: C6337
Technology: Casting
Heat treatment: Overall hardening and tempering, surface hardening.
Composition: It is mainly composed of wheel body, shaft, copper sleeve, end cover, floating oil seal, "O" ring and other parts, and the structure is the same as that of the supporting wheel.
2.Front Idler function:
①Guide the correct winding of the track, and use the tensioning device to move the guide wheel to adjust the tension of the track, so the guide wheel is not only the guide wheel of the track, but also the tensioning wheel in the tensioning device.
② It plays the role of guiding and positioning the crawler crane.
