The KOBELCO CK850 is a medium-sized crawler crane with an operating weight of approximately 85 tons. Consequently, it places extremely high demands on the load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and sealing reliability of its carrier rollers. Premium Quality Material: Made from high-carbon cast steel or 42CrMo alloy steel, manufactured by means of integrated forging and precise casting. After heat treatment (quenching and tempering), the hardness of the roller shell is ensured to reach HRC 50-55, while maintaining superior toughness inside.
High Precision Processing: The coaxiality of the shaft diameter is maintained within 0.02mm, while the roundness and runout of the roller shell are strictly in line with the standard set by original equipment installation by KOBELCO.
Advanced Sealing Device: Equipped with dual-taper floating oil seal rings and heat-resistant rubber sealing rings to prevent mud and dust contamination, as well as to avoid any potential oil leakage problem.
