1. Driver qualifications:
Crawler crane drivers must undergo professional safety training and obtain assessment and approval from relevant departments before they can operate alone. Unlicensed personnel are strictly prohibited from using crawler cranes.
2. Traffic rules:
Comply with traffic management rules and relevant laws and regulations, and it is strictly prohibited to drive a crawler crane while drunk. No smoking, eating or chatting while driving.
3. Command cooperation:
The driver must obey the signal command of the commander. During work, you must stop immediately in response to an emergency stop signal, and continue working only after the unsafe factors are eliminated.
4. Working area:
It is strictly prohibited for unrelated persons to enter the cab and go up and down the ladder. When working on soft ground, the ground should be leveled and compacted to ensure that the machine body is fixed and stable.
5. Lifting operation:
When lifting heavier objects, first lift the heavy objects about 10 cm off the ground to check the stability of the crane and whether the brakes are effective. Inclined lifting, pull-up lifting and rapid lifting and lowering are strictly prohibited.
6. Working under high-voltage lines:
It is strictly prohibited to work under high-voltage lines. Keep a certain safe distance from live lines, and the distance should be appropriately enlarged in rainy and foggy weather.
7. Overloading:
Overloading is strictly prohibited. When performing two or more operations at the same time, the left and right rotation angle of the boom cannot exceed 45°.
8. Boom elevation angle:
shall not be less than 30°. It is strictly prohibited to change the joystick before the boom is raised and lowered securely.
9. Safety distance:
It is strictly prohibited to stand, work or pass under the working area, under the lifting arm, under the hook and the hanging object.
10. Night operations:
Sufficient lighting is required. After the work is completed, the hook and lifting arm should be placed in the specified stable position and the power supply should be cut off.
11.Periodic inspection
