Heat-Treatment Process
The heat-treatment process is integral to ensuring the quality of our crawler crane parts. All crawler shoes and crane rollers undergo this essential step during production. This process plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of undercarriage components, including:
- Enhancing ductility, strength, and surface hardness of crawler shoes, track rollers, top rollers, idlers, and sprockets.
- Improving manufacturability by relieving stresses accumulated from prior processing stages.
- Enhancing wear resistance by effectively hardening the material.
By subjecting these components to heat treatment, we ensure they meet stringent performance standards, offering increased durability and reliability in various operational conditions.

Inspections After Production
After completing production of crawler crane parts, we conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure quality. These include checking chemical composition, mechanical properties post heat treatment, metallography for microstructure analysis, dimensional accuracy assessment, and non-destructive testing (NDT) through methods such as Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Additionally, cutting and sectioning analyses are performed to verify structural integrity and quality compliance before delivery.
