Process:
The material of roller body is 40Mn2, the technology is forging.
The material of End Cap is 50Mn, the technology is casting.
The material of Pin is 40Cr, and the material of bushing is copper.
Finally we will install them together, call it “sumitomo sc800-2 upper roller”.
All parts are under heat treated, that will extend the rollers’ service life.
