During production, the teeth of our AMERICAN 900 Series sprockets are finish hardened. The hardness, wear resistance and fatigue strength of the AMERICAN 900 Series tumbler's surface have been greatly improved. It will prolong its service life during use and reduce the loss of time cost. Through our philosophy, let every part be able to accompany you for a longer time.
The hardness of the surface layer (fine martensite region) of high-frequency induction surface hardening is 2-4HRC higher than that of general quenching, and this strengthening effect is quite significant. In addition to the improved surface hardness, the internal toughness has also been significantly optimized, which will make the AMERICAN 900 Series sprocket better match other parts.
