The Reasons for the Small Capacity Crawler Crane Turn Off
Usually, we often see the phenomenon of small capacity crawler cranes stalling. Today we will analyze the causes for you:
1. There is water, impurities in the diesel oil, gas in the oil circuit or insufficient oil supply capacity of the oil pump. The presence of air in the oil circuit will make the oil flow unobstructed, and the engine will be extinguished when the time is interrupted.
A. Solution: Please screw the various pipe ends or replace the sealing ring, cut off the oil pipeline that enters the air, and discharge the air.
2. The accelerator pedal and lever system are not adjusted.
A. The speed is very good, suddenly it automatically turns off. You should check if the idle speed spring has broken. If the spring breaks or the elasticity drops, please replace the new spring in time to eliminate the malfunction.
3. The idler spring of the governor, the stabilizer spring, and the idler screw of the load control lever are not properly adjusted.
A.Solution: Adjust these three to make it work together.
