Material: SCSiMn2H, ZG40Mn2
Main production technology: Casting, and during the production of P&H5035 sprocket, we also use
quenching & high temperature tempering, then the integral key surface quenching. Through this step, our Kobelco P&H5035 sprocket will own the better wearence and performance.
Warranty: 2500 working hours, and if client keep maintenance in daily, the using time of P&H5035 sprocket is longer than our warranty.

3. Maintenance point for Kobelco P&H5035 sprocket
a. If excessive tension, which will leads to P&H5035 track shoe pitch turn to stretch, then the mating surface of sprocket will abnormally wear.
b. If bolt & nut of sprocket loosen, the mating surface between P&H5035 sprocket and track shoe will abnormally wear, shorten the life of sprocket and its bolt & nuts.
4. Package and delivery
In usual, 2PCS Kobelco P&H5035 sprocket will be packed up on one plywood pallet.
For package, if you have special requirements, just inform us and we could pack up parts meet your needs.
