a. The material we used to produce top roller is from 50Mn to 42CrMo.
b. For one KH500-3 crawler crane needs 2pcs top roller on one side, totally need 4pcs upper roller
c. Color for Hitachi KH500-3 top roller is black. If you need to print other color, it is ok. We can meet your demand.
d. We have heat-treatment process for all parts, that will prolong the service life of KH500-3 top roller.
e. The most important process is Heating, the Heat Treatment can extend the top roller's working life.
