3. Some common problems which is easy to appear in daily using
a. The Kobelco CKS900 top roller body worn. The reason of this situation is that the material steel is not qualified or the hardness of heat treatment is low and the wear resistance is insufficient.
b. Oil spill. Kobelco CKS900 top roller shaft is rotated through the bushings, and the top roller body needs to be lubricated with oil. If the sealing ring is not good, it is very easy to oil leakage. Then, the shaft and bushings are easy to wear out without lubrication, leads to top roller unable to be used.
