The top roller wheel body with the box-type structure of resin sand technology, and excellent quality roller body with reasonable mechanical structure performance. The surface hardness reach to HRC48-54 and the hardness under 6mm is no less than HRC46.
Heat treatment: Overall hardening and tempering, surface hardening. Our engineers will strictly control every step of the KH700-2 top roller production, and ensure the good quality which delivery to our clients.
Test Process: Hardness Testing, Metallographic test, Stretching test, MT test, Cutting Test as customer’s request.
