1.Goods Description

Crawler crane track rollers are prone to two problems

Roller body wear. The reason for this is that the steel used is unqualified, or the hardness of the material when it is heat treated is too low, then, wear resistance is insufficient;

Oil spills. The axle shaft is always rotating through the shaft sleeve, and the wheel body must be lubricated to lubricate. If the seal is not good, oil leakage may easily occur. As a result, the shaft and bushing are easily worn without lubrication, causing damage to the lower roller. Therefore, the quality of the bearing is a very important criterion to measure the quality of the track roller.

The bottom rollers produced by Shandong Value Machinery Manufacture Co.,LTD all conduct sealing tests and run-in tests to check the good sealing performance of lower roller.
