Machining Process
The track shoes are processed by fine heat treatment, including casting, quenching and tempering to adjust the hardness and toughness of track shoes. After machining, the hardness and mechanical properties shall be inspected first, and then the surface of track pads shall be quenched for the second time to enhance the surface wear resistance.
