The material of Kobelco 7055 track roller is 50Mn, 42CrMo, the main process is casting or forging ,machining, heat-treated. After quenching of wheel surface ,The hardness require up to HRC 52-58 to strengthen the wear resistance of wheel surface. The shaft for Kobelco 7055 track roller has high accuracy, the material of shaft is 50Mn or 40Mn2. Then the the shaft also need quenching, the surface hardness require up to HRC48-53.
