General Speaking , the track roller body material is 50Mn or 40Mn2. Major process is casting or forging , machining operation , and then heat treatment. After quenching, The surface hardness should be HRC52-58 to increase the wear resistance of roller surface . The machining precision of shaft is high , it need machining by CNC machine to satisfy requirements.
