When the Kobelco P&H 325 machine is working normally, the pin rolls slowly in the pin hole, both wear evenly, the pin hole gradually increases and the pin hole gradually becomes thin.
Improper operation, such as high speed cornering and violent starting, can cause the P&H 325 track pad to bend under the weight of the sides and the pin to bend and deform.
The addition of pin holes resulted in lengthened pitch, causing the track boots and sprockets to bite each other and the P&H 325 track pads to wear out.
